Brooklyn Plaza Medical Center, Inc. is dedicated to improving the physical, spiritual, psycho-social and psychological well-being of residents of North Central Brooklyn by providing the highest quality preventive comprehensive family health services with particular concern for lower-socio-economic groups.
Brooklyn Plaza Medical Center, Inc. offers a full range of health care and support services. Woman, Infant and children (WIC) services are available on-site. Staff is also available to assist with applications for the child health insurance plan (CHIP), free or low cost insurance for children fewer than 19 and family Health Plus for adults 19-64 years of age.
